You made us feel we were your only clients!" "When my husband and I first decided to sell our house a wise person forewarned us that it would be one of the most stressful events in our lives. We attempted to sell by owner but found out all too soon that the real estate market is extremely tough without an agent by your side. We knew the agent we chose would have to be a special person because we had high hopes and limited time. We interviewed a couple agents and were not impressed at all with what we saw. After seeing your name around town and getting some information from you in the mail, we decided to interview one last agent before making our selection. You immediately were willing to cater to our needs and come out on a Sunday for our initial meeting. You were very organized and professional and after speaking with you for a short time we knew you could handle the job. It was one of the few things about selling a house that my husband and I agreed on. As can be expected, we hit some bumps in the road prior to closing. The problems always appeared to be minor and you dealt with them accordingly taking the stress away form my husband and me. For the short period of time our house was on the market, you acted not only as our agent but sometimes as a therapist and always like a friend. When the closing day came we were relieved it was over but saddened we would not be getting our calls from you every couple of days "just to see how things are going."
